Privacy Policy

1. General information

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with the use of the website sielskieunieszewo.pl (the “Website”).

The controller of personal data is the entity carrying out the Sielskie Unieszewo development, represented by the project contact. In matters relating to the protection of personal data you may contact us by e-mail at premiera@sielskieunieszewo.pl or by phone at +48 695 550 767.

The controller takes particular care to protect the interests of the data subjects and, in particular, ensures that the data it collects is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “GDPR”) and with the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

2. Scope of the data collected

Through the contact form on the Website we collect the following personal data:

  • first and last name – in order to identify the sender of the enquiry,
  • e-mail address – in order to reply and to send information about the development,
  • phone number – optionally, in order to make contact by phone,
  • preferred form of contact – in order to adapt the way we communicate to the User's preference.

Providing the data is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to receive information about the Sielskie Unieszewo development ahead of its official launch.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

  • Contact regarding the Sielskie Unieszewo development — on the basis of the User's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the relevant checkbox in the form and submitting it.
  • Provision of commercial and marketing information concerning the development — on the basis of the User's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims — on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data retention period

Users' personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected:

  • data processed on the basis of consent — until the User withdraws consent, and in any case no longer than for the duration of the sales process of the Sielskie Unieszewo development,
  • data processed for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims — for the limitation period for such claims resulting from the applicable law.

5. User rights

The User has the following rights:

  • the right of access — to obtain information on whether and what data is processed,
  • the right to rectification — to request the correction of inaccurate data,
  • the right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”) — to request the deletion of data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or where consent has been withdrawn,
  • the right to restriction of processing — to request the restriction of processing in specific situations,
  • the right to data portability — to receive the data in a structured, commonly used format and to have it transmitted to another controller,
  • the right to object — to the processing of data on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest,
  • the right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

To exercise the above rights, please contact the controller by e-mail at premiera@sielskieunieszewo.pl.

The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) — if they consider that the processing of their personal data infringes the GDPR.

6. Data recipients

Users' personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

  • entities providing hosting and IT infrastructure maintenance services to the controller,
  • entities providing e-mail services,
  • entities providing analytical and marketing services (e.g. Google — to a limited extent and solely on the basis of the relevant data processing agreements).

Personal data is not transferred to third countries or international organisations, unless this results from the use of external providers' tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager) which ensure an appropriate level of protection in accordance with the GDPR.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

7.1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files saved on the User's end device (computer, tablet, smartphone) while browsing websites. They are commonly used to ensure the correct operation of websites and to collect analytical data.

7.2. Which cookies do we use?

The Website uses the following types of cookies:

  • Necessary cookies — enabling the correct operation of the Website (e.g. remembering cookie consent).
  • Analytical cookies — used through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to analyse traffic on the site and optimise its operation. This data is collected anonymously.

7.3. Google Tag Manager

The Website uses Google Tag Manager (GTM), a tool for managing tracking tags. GTM does not collect personal data on its own, but it makes it possible to run other tags (e.g. Google Analytics) which may gather analytical data. Detailed information on Google's privacy policy is available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

7.4. Managing cookies

The User may change the cookie settings in their web browser at any time. They may also delete saved cookies. Restricting or disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Website.

8. Data security

The controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the personal data processed. These measures include in particular:

  • encryption of data transmission (SSL/TLS certificate),
  • protection of servers against unauthorised access,
  • limiting access to the data to authorised persons only.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Users will be informed of any changes by the publication of the new text of the Policy on the Website. We recommend checking this page regularly for any updates.
