Sielskie Unieszewo is an intimate development of all-year-round houses set into the landscape of Warmia. It is being created for people who want a second home of their own — close to nature, with their own plot, privacy and space to rest, to create and to live their own way.
At this stage we invite you to individual conversations. Ahead of the launch we will show the project to those who wish to get to know Sielskie Unieszewo.
Place
Water at dawn, a field track in golden light, greenery and a silence that together make the natural rhythm of this place. A landscape that stays in the memory, because it pretends to be nothing.
This place was not made for the sake of a story. It was here before — with its water, its forest, its changing light and a calm that needs no design. Sielskie Unieszewo settles gently into that rhythm.

Neighbourhood
Warmia is a landscape where nature is present at every step — in the morning call of the cranes, the tracks of a deer at the forest edge, the quiet movement of the grasses and the water reflecting the sky.
Sielskie Unieszewo is being created with care for that rhythm. The houses are meant to fit into their surroundings calmly and naturally, so that the closeness of nature remains one of the greatest values of this place.

Nine all-year-round houses, named after plants rooted in the Warmian landscape. Each has its own plot, its own rhythm and a story of its own.
Invitation
We are putting together a small list of people to whom we will show Sielskie Unieszewo before the official launch. Without haste and without open sale — simply a calm conversation, at the moment that suits you.
